That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail to you.
Returned goods and refunds
The refund procedure begins as soon as we receive your returned item. Please allow 7-14 working days for completion of the refund processing. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Please note that credit card refunds take longer due to correspondence with credit card companies. No interest is payable on refunds.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from JapJam.com are made pursuant to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
