All items are sold at the price shown on this site. However, the price you pay in your own currency will vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates. We take the exchange rate on the day you purchase your goods as the final price.

Neither the delivery fee, nor the handling charge are included in the above-mentioned list price. Please refer to the following "Delivery Rates and Handling Charges" for details of these.

Delivery Rates and Handling Charges:

The basic delivery rates and handling charges are as follows.

  1. Domestic Delivery
    Delivery fee: 500 YEN ~ 1200 YEN per item or free of charge depending on the value of your order.
    Handling charge: Free of charge or 210 YEN ~ 350 YEN depending on the delivery method chosen.

  2. International Delivery
    Delivery fee: 900 YEN ~ 69,400 YEN according to the weight of the product and destination.*Click here for International delivery rates.
    Handling charge: 500 YEN per item.


Additional Costs to Customers:

Buyers living in Japan must pay consumption tax of 5% on each item and service provided by JapJam.com.

When ordering goods from JapJam.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

General Returns Policy:

Goods may be returned if they comply with the following conditions. Please check all goods on delivery, and notify JapJam.com's Online Returns Department immediately if you wish to return the goods.

  • If the goods are faulty we will refund the full amount paid if it is returned within five days of delivery.

  • The delivery fee, the cash-on-delivery charge, and the overseas delivery commission will be refunded in full except in the case of goods that are not faulty.


Please note we will not accept goods returned due to customer error or changes of heart.

We will also not accept any goods returned after the 5 days from delivery has passed.

Interest on refunds:

There is no interest payable on refunds.

Delivery Estimates:

  1. Domestic Delivery Estimates
    Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including confirmation of order, payment and travelling time. It can take up to 10 working days for payment to clear and 1-4 working days for actual delivery. Goods are usually delivered within 14 working days of an order being placed.

  2. International Delivery
    Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including confirmation of order, payment and travelling time. It can take up to 10 working days for payment to clear and 3-10 working days for actual delivery. Goods are usually delivered within 20 working days of an order being placed.

  1. For Domestic Purchases
    PayPal (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and JCB credit card payments) and JapJam points.

  2. For International Purchases
    PayPal (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and JCB credit card payments) and JapJam points.


Payment time limits:

PayPal (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and JCB credit card payment): Your card is charged as soon as your order is placed.
