A1.No. We are unable to offer after-sales support.
If you are not sure about how to use a product,
please consult its manual or contact the customer support centre of the manufacturer.

A1.If you know the name of the item, enter it in the search box on the top right hand side of the page.

A2.By putting items in your cart.
- Click on [Add to Cart] at the bottom of the page showing the details of the item you want to purchase.
- Click [Check Out] on Shopping Cart Page.
- Fill out the customer information boxes or login if you are a member.
- Go through the form filling out the boxes for shipping and payment.
- Check through your order information then click [Check Out]

Q1.What payment methods do you accept?
A1.We accept credit card payment via PayPal
- PayPal(Visa、American Express、MasterCard、JCB etc)
When paying by credit card,
please select PayPal from the scroll down menu of the Payment Method.
After you have placed you order,
click on the link [Go to PayPal] to be taken there directly.
Please enter your credit card details etc there.
Q2.Is it safe to use a Credit Card?
A2.JapJam only accepts credit card payment through PayPal.
PayPal encrypts all information and does not pass on any details to us.

Q3.How do I use JapJam points?
A3.Enter the number of points you wish to use in the box that appears on the payment method screen.
Then click [Next Page].
Q4.Can I have a receipt?
A4.If you use PayPal (Credit Card Payment) your receipt is your delivery note.
Details included in this are: your name and address, shipping address (if different),
date of purchase, item description and price. Please note we are unable to duplicate receipts.

A1.Yes. We deliver to most of the world.

Please note that when delivering overseas,
there may be additional charges (such as Duty or VAT) levied by customs in your country.
An invoice will be included in your parcel. The invoice contains the product information as well as:
- Product price
- Delivery fee
Q2.What are the delivery times?
A2.The time it takes for a product to arrive at your door depends on
its availability as well as actual time spent “travelling”.
- Domestic Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including confirmation of order,
payment and travelling time.
It can take up to 10 working days for payment to clear and 1-4 working days for actual delivery.
Goods are usually delivered within 14 working days of an order being placed.
- International Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including confirmation of order,
payment and travelling time.
It can take up to 10 working days for payment to clear and 3-10 working days for actual delivery.
Goods are usually delivered within 20 working days of an order being placed.

A3.Delivery rates and handling charges depend on the weight of the product as well as delivery destination.

*For International delivery,
we pack goods more securely so there is a handling charge of 500 YEN per item.
Q4.Can I choose my delivery date or delivery company?
A4.No. At present we are unable to offer specific delivery days or services.

A1.You can cancel your order as long as the item requested has not been prepared for dispatch.
Q2.How do I go about returning a product?
A2.Goods may be returned if they comply with the following conditions.
Please check all goods on delivery, and notify JapJam.com’s Online Returns Department
immediately if you wish to return the goods.
- If the goods are faulty we will refund the full amount paid if it is returned
within five days of delivery.
- The delivery fee, the cash-on-delivery charge,
and the overseas delivery commission will be refunded in
full except in the case of goods that are not faulty.
Please note we will not accept goods returned due to customer error or changes of heart.
We will also not accept any goods returned after the 5 days from delivery has passed.

Q3.How will I be refunded after I have returned my item?
A3.The refund procedure begins as soon as we receive your returned item.
Please allow 7-14 working days for completion of the refund processing.
We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
Please note that credit card refunds take longer due to correspondence with credit card companies.
No interest is payable on refunds.
